Chuck has lived in Altus since 1978. He retired from the Air Force in 1983. He and his wife Mildred have two children: Cheryl and Serena and 4 grandchildren; Brad, Kelsey, Lindsey and Keera.
Chuck has been in Real Estate for 21 years and has been with Coldwell Banker for the past 15 years. He is a past president of the Altus Association of Realtors, former Realtor of the Year and was recently voted in as the state director for the Altus Association of Realtors. He is a member of the International Diamond Society, a level acheived by the top 17 percent of all Coldwell Banker Associates and recently was awarded membership in the International Sterling Society.
Chuck taught Real Estate Continuing Education at Western Oklahoma State College for several years.

Kay resides in Altus with her husband Johnny Thomas who is Civil Service at Altus AFB and has two daughters Mylinda and Tammy and five grandchildren; Niko, Jenna, Rylie, Taryn, and Chloe who all live in Texas.

I received my undergraduate degree in education from Southwestern Oklahoma State University. I then obtained my Masters of Education with specialization in School Counseling. I have taught in Altus Public Schools for 11 years now. I have been nominated for teacher of the year three times. As a teacher in Altus schools, I am very familiar with the school district. I have also been raised in Southwest Oklahoma, so I feel that I could be an information source to people new to our great community.
